just picked up this 70s acoustic bass head. slowly but surely, this next record is going to happen.

i've been working a ton of hours lately to try to make money to buy the rest of the gear we need to do the next record. we're close, but it'll still be another 2 months before we're ready... but i've already been getting really excited about recording the next record. i really don't want to spend forever working on it, but i'm looking forward to immersing myself in another huge project. recording the last ep was nice, but the whole recording process only took a few days, really. i recently found the room we'll be doing most of the tracking in for the new record. it's huge, all wood, and has a pretty great vibe. tucked deep into the woods, with no internet, there shouldn't be many distractions. photos of this place soon...

spent this evening working on a new song. not sure about this one, but i never am about any song right away. this one is untitled currently, and still in it's infancy.
